Refund Requests

 

The past few months have been rough on us all, but the thing that has kept us going is the knowledge that when things go back to normal, we have the plans in place to put on the biggest boot-off Nottingham has ever seen. The line-up and venues will largely remain the same, plus we have some brand new additions planned. 

 

Unsurprisingly, Wigflex is hanging on by a thread along with most others in the events and live music industry. While all purchased tickets will roll over to the new date and refunds will be available to anyone who can’t make it; issuing a high number of refunds will leave our creative network in a particularly vulnerable position.

 

Where possible, we really hope that you will consider keeping your ticket for the new date so that eventually we can party with you again. Choosing to keep hold of your ticket will not only support Wigflex to keep going post-covid, but will also positively impact the wider network of people and independent businesses that we work with to bring our festival to life.

The deadline for submitting all refund requests is midnight on October 10th. After this date has passed, your ticket will automatically be rolled over to the new date.

 

For those of you submitting a request, please bare with us and allow up to 14 working days for us to process all refunds.
